The United States Senate Special Committee on Aging is holding a hearing on financial abuse of the elderly, on Wed. November 30, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Fellow elder law attorney and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Jessica Kruse of Ozarks Elder Law (Springfield, MO), will be testifying, along with other experts in the elder law and elder abuse fields. Elder financial abuse is a very serious and rapidly growing problem. It can be hard to recognize if you do not know the signs.
